Human Motion Data ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Human Motion Data mobile application (the "App") and the associated web portal. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to it. By using our App or services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to operate the App and deliver our services.

Account information. When an account is created on your behalf, we store your username and a securely hashed credential. The App may collect payout destination identifiers, such as a Wise identifier or PayPal email/account ID, so approved contributions can be paid.

Video recordings. The App's primary function is to capture and upload video recordings. These recordings are transmitted to and stored on our secure cloud infrastructure. Videos may capture motion, physical environments, or other content depending on your use of the App.

Usage data. We record operational metadata associated with your use of the App, including upload timestamps, review decisions made by authorized personnel, and account activity logs.

Device information. Our authentication infrastructure may collect basic device and network information (such as IP address and device type) as part of standard security logging.

2. How We Use Your Information

We do not use your data for advertising, marketing profiling, or sale to third parties.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

Service providers. We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) to store data and manage authentication. AWS processes data on our behalf under strict contractual data protection obligations.

Authorized personnel. Designated reviewers within our organization may access your uploaded recordings and associated metadata as part of the review process.

Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain video recordings and associated records for as long as they are needed for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law.

Recordings that are disapproved during the review process are flagged for deletion and permanently removed from our systems within 30 days of disapproval.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at info@humanmotiondata.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. These measures include:

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we are committed to protecting your data using industry-standard practices.

6. Children's Privacy

Our App is intended solely for use by employed adult field workers and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. We do not integrate third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or social media SDKs into our App.

9. Changes to This Policy
